“I’ve asked for this company to investigate the missing wall panels from my delivery on Wednesday. A turse reply, they are sent directly from the warehouse. I showed email confirmation that they were due for delivery the same day as the remaining goods received to be informed they would ask the warehouse to not send such notification. On questioning when would I receive the panels I was told I ‘should’ receive my delivery on Monday. No delivery received. An email Tuesday morning not responded to. An email for Wednesday, again not responded to. I have builders unable to complete works and costing me money. Infuriated that they will not communicate, help by investing or provide me information on refunds - terrible customer service.”
