“I placed an order for white gloss panels online, order ref 476684 and received the delivery. However I was short of panels so I ordered six more, order ref 478852, and this time the panels that got delivered were of a different shade to the first one and a different length- which is of no use to me! The panels that got delivered first were of batch no POR LA 2211 I called on Monday to report the issue and got informed by a colleague in your Huddersfield branch that someone called Allan would call me from the Durham branch. I never received this call so I called yesterday and a colleague named Collin from your Rotherham branch took all the details and informed me that someone would be in touch to get the issue resolved by EOD. Again I haven’t received a call yet. I feel like I’m getting pushed pillar to post and it’s getting a bit frustrating. My joiner is on standby and I have 6 panels that are of no use to me!”

“I am a bathroom fitter and I have ordered from thepanelcompany every time my customer looking for shower, ceiling panels etc. So far so good but last order I have one ceiling panel damaged. I have called customer service for replacement. It was over 3 weeks ago and no replacement received so far. I am very disappointed as I have another customer for shower panel but I will have to order somewhere else as the way they serv returning customer is unacceptable.”

“Very delicate. Packaging did not protect corners so had to cut both ends. The ones that had been separated to make up order were damaged. Frustrating so ended up binning the lot. Packaging needs sorting.”
