“WHAT A SHAM WHAT A SHAM! A COMPANY THAT HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND RAN. I used the reviews on Trustpilot to place my trust in The Panel Company and placed an order for some panels on 16 May 2022 and received an automated confirmation of my order from them. I paid using a credit card and full payment was taken from my account. It’s now 27 May (11 days later) and I’ve heard nothing further. Their website and order confirmation suggests delivery in 5 days. Their website boasts dedicated customer service - my experience of this company are they have completely failed on both of those given expectations. I emailed them on 23 May requesting an update on my order: as of 27 May they have not responded. I tried calling them on both the morning and afternoon of 26 May and the phone just rang for minutes and no one picked up. I also emailed them twice on 26 May explaining my issues and pointing out that neither emails or telephone calls were being responded to . I extended them 24 hours to respond, after which I would be proceeding with further action against them including explaining my experience on Trustpilot, through Social Media and ultimately TRADING STANDARDS, in addition to pursuing a full recovery of my payment from my credit card provider. Again no response from them. I sincerely recommend that anyone thinking about using The Panel Company consider my experience and may well be better served by using a different supplier. Needless to say I’m left with a kitchen that cannot be finished until I get these panels (or at least an expectation given of when I can expect them) and the inconvenience of now trying to get my money back through my credit card provider. Certainly I will NEVER be using them again and suggest that anyone else who is considering using them reflects on my experience and chooses elsewhere. TO SUMMARISE THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND RAN!”
