“The customer service is exemplary. One panel was damaged by the delivery company replacement arrived in double quick time. Would have no problem using the panel company again. The panels not fitted yet but they look and feel amazing”

“Nothing wrong with the Large White Sparkle panels; they were just delivered to the wrong place with no prewarning of their arrival. We found out they had been delivered to a neighbour in the next Walk across by accident. Worse, they had been placed outside someone else's house with BOTH address labels under each set of panels. The panels are large and heavy and were quite difficult to move to my property, being unable to lift them on my own. The panels themselves are in good condition, but no thanks to whoever delivered them to the wrong address.”

“Hi, After removing the package from the panels unfortunately two of them were damaged....it looked like these were already damaged before they were packaged as the inner wrapping was missing, unlike the others that were intact.”

“Actually I ordered the wrong ones and I didn’t realise until it was too late. So I ordered two of the correct ones so everything is fine service has been excellent so I have no problems with the panel company and I have told friends about the wet wall panels and I know at least one of them is going to prefer after Christmas to do her bathroom so ten out of ten”
