“I did have some problems with my order, but nothing was too much trouble for the panel company and I was very happy with the product supplied. I recommended them elsewhere and there was more satisfaction from that direction too.”

“Yes, the panels are really very pretty but that's not what this review is about. The panels (and trims) arrived well-packaged and therefore undamaged. They were a joy to cut to size without splintering and look fabulous in place.”

“My order of shower panels were a great option to ceramic tiles. Platinum white sparkle. Nice quality, and some good tutorial videos on the website to give you some help in fitting. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to some issues surrounding delivery. My first order was delivered from the Bristol branch to my home in Devon, less than 2 hours away, it took over 2 weeks for it to arrive. My follow up order of some trim had been damaged bt Tufnells haulage and had to be returned, getting a replacement took 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I eventually received it 2 weeks later. Overall, it's a nice quality product, good prices, but slightly let down by its delivery service.”
