“I recently ordered this sample and was happy with the easiness of browsing, ordering and the speed of the delivery. I was hoping the sample was textured, it wasn't easy to tell what the surface looked like from the image.”

“Ordered four panels. Only three delivered on 20th April. Contacted them to let them know. Unfortunately couldn’t send out another as not enough left in the batch had so organised for the three to be collected and four new ones to be dropped off. This was arranged for the 29th which they later called and changed to 2nd of May and I said it was a bank holiday and that the only dates I could do was the 2nd or 3rd. Told me delivery was possible for either but probably the 3rd. Received a text to say they’ll be here on the 3rd. 3rd comes round… tumbleweeds.. no email.. no call.. no text.. no panels. I call on the 4th. They say they’ll deliver on 5th- I say I can’t do that as I’m not home from the 3rd onwards as it was explained on the phone. Currently the 5th- they attempted delivery and collection when nobody was in. Called customer services and they said ‘can you cal Rotherham’ -like it’s my job to do their job! Said they’d call back but still heard nothing… This has cost me lots of money in regards to holding time frames of works and not one apology. Wouldn’t purchase again the place is a shambles.”
