“Very easy to deal with, I put in an order for some sleepers and for those sleepers to be cut to size. They were delivered fairly quickly for bulky items, the pallet company contacted me prior to delivery to confirm a suitable date. The items were the correct size as requested, can't fault them or the company.”

“The 2.4m sleepers are delivered oversized, so you may need to trim them to your requirements. Wood is solid and iIt is possible to cut through them with a good quality sharp handsaw, but be preparee to sweating a tad once youve finished. Delivery was by grab and dropped onto property by helpful driver, one small issue with delivery, quickly resolved between driver and office, with replacement delivered within two days. Good company in terms of communication, and price was only just slightly dearer than treated softwood equivalent from a national supplier, so well worth the extra few bob, for hardwood”

“Good quality sleepers, most were nice and straight with only very minor imperfections but that's to be expected with natural products. A couple were a bit banana like but used those for the cuts and it's not noticeable. All in all a positive experience!”

“Delivery arrived and the wood was in horrible condition. It shouldn't have left the yard it was clearly not suitable to send out. The wood was rotten looks like wood worm and some had deep saw gauges in. The top row looked like it was left out in the sun a long time as it had gone silver. The bottom was all covered in mud it was clearly an old pallet that was being avoided and not sent out until now. The driver commented it was the worst he had seen.”

“Really pleased with the quality of these oak sleepers, using them to replace rotten existing sleepers in my garden. Had them pre cut too to help which is a great service. Measurements were spot on”
