“Good quality wood pellet (used as horse bedding) fluffs up a fair bit compared to other pellets. Fast delivery and the pallet came well wrapped and undamaged so no loss of product Will be buying another pallet”

“Pellets seem fine and arrived without damage. Unfortunately the poor service of their chosen pallet delivery company, combined with the "can't do" attitude of their own customer service operator, means it is unlikely I will order from the Luxury Wood Company again.”

“I don’t know why these pellets are not EN+ certified. Although we only use these for horse bedding, they appear identical in every way to the EN+ pellets we have used in the past but at a much lower price. Very pleased with purchase.”
