“This is the third order from the Luxury wood co, the wood pellets are good, price is very good, but we still have issues with the delivery, this time, we got the call from the delivery driver 30 minutes before, and the email came the same time .The pallet was not stacked correctly so one row where hanging off, this was a full pallet, so was dangerous loaded, it had to be offloaded by hand as the pallet collapsed on on side, the driver was excellent and helped me to do this.the bags seemed to be vacuum packed, we had about 5 bags damaged due to this, so good price, but delivery needs improving.”
