“Wood was damp was asked to send a moisture reading as if I would have a moisture reading gauge just a waste of money and I don't thing they really cared”

Hi Kevan, requesting pictures and moisture meter readings (if possible) is a standard procedure for the company. All loads are checked on arrival and confirmed to be under 20% before dispatch. However during transit condensation and surface moisture can form. This will not affect the performance of the firewood.

“Good sized dry logs which burn well. Delivered quickly in nets, but inside cardboard boxes. Don't know why they don't leave out the nets.”
