“Excellent service. Good communication. Very pleased with the Granulita pellets at a competitive price. What let it down on this occasion was that there were more badly damaged bags than we have ever experienced previously leaving many pellets both in the delivery vehicle and on the ground. The outer packaging appeared undamaged so the damage seemed to be mainly due to poor quality bags. Although the price was good we do not expect to loose pellets on this scale.”

“not about granulita but about Prime which are the worst pellets ever and did not conform to EN+a1 causing big problems with automatic feed......stay clear!!!!!”
