“The pellets are excellent but the delivery had not been thought out properly using a company which uses hand-cranked pallet trucks so the pallet could not be unloaded from the delivery truck nor pulled onto my drive. This problem would be avoided if a company using electric pallet trucks was used. Solved the problem by unloading the pallet directly from the back of the truck to the pellet store. Suited me as had help doing this but the truck driver nor the blocked-in tradesman were that happy.”
