“At no point when ordering did it state kerb side delivery , this is only noted on their website under a specific "deliveries" section which I had no need to navigate to as I presumed delivery details would be highlighted during the buying process .. nope! When I called I spoke to a lady who was extremely curt and unhelpful, definitely the worst customer care I have came across in a long time.Needless to say lesson learned and wouldn't buy from them again”

“I have been buying this same much for 5 years now every spring. I have always thought the product lived up to its name “premium mulch” This years was terrible. I took out buckets of trash from it. Electric wires wrappers from food, black plastic bags and roots The mulch itself did not even resemble last years I had some left over and I compared the two. This years was just shredded not pieces. I did phone to complain and was told that it was the product I ordered. I explained that since the quality had dropped so much I would not be ordering again. I was told that maybe next year I should ask for a picture first to see what I was getting. I do not think it is the customers job to check for quality control. I will find a different supplier next year”
