“Wood is fine. We only got 20 minutes notice of delivery which is not acceptable. It was lucky the drive was clear for delivery. We will be trying another company next time.”

Hi David, We have reviewed the pictures sent very carefully and although we think all of the logs fit within the specification we believe we have offered you a suitable solution.
