“You always ask the same question(s) and with an implied request for a pat on the back!? I keep buying your logs because they are the best, they burn well, they are easy for the elderly to manage in bags/sacks. Compared with other suppliers locally, they are competitively priced and better quality. I expect my comments will be exactly the same in September when I re-order and you ask for the same pat on the back?”

“More like 3*+ The delivery process needs to be tightened up. 5 days after ordering we reported to Luxury Wood, as per their T&Cs, that we had yet to receive a booking-in call from their delivery agent to agree a date. A couple days later we were cc'd by LW an email from Palletforce stating that a delivery time had been booked for later that very day and received a delivery/ tracking email to that effect from PF. This was useless as we had still received no call to agree that date (as per LW T&C's), no one was going to be at home and those emails were picked up that evening, too late to respond. This required even more contact with LW who promised an "urgent" call from PF - which wasn't really an urgent call but merely the call we should have received by then as per their delivery process. The ordering process was fine and the price was the best we found online and locally. At just over £5 a large net this bulk buy seems to negate some of the recent huge price hike for logs. The delivery, when it did happen, was great, the pallet well packed. As the weather has gone mild again we can't yet comment on the quality of the logs but assuming they are as described, we know kiln dried birch works very well with our stove. If the delivery process had gone better and the logs prove to be good (as hopefully they should) this would happily be 5*.”

“Well sealed pallet keeping wood bone dry until I can transfer it to log store. The birch logs burn beautifully. I burn with ash and would highly recommend.”
