“The product has no labels or tickets on it so could have been bought anywhere, I expected some sort of branding from a lovely company like this. The sheepskin also smelt very unpleasant, while I understand it a natural product it was a strong smell and I wouldn't want to put my new baby on it. I've returned this item and had no response from my email regarding the scent, I was simply sent a return label. Very poor service, I would have happily exchanged for another lovely item but not after that unhelpful approach.”
