I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the mattress that you have received. I do want to reassure you that we follow the guidelines set by the Lullaby Trust that little one should be sleeping on a firm, flat surface and our mattresses are firm for this reason.

“It feels, as it says, a natural mattress and I bought it for my 2 year old. it is on the hard side, but my toddler did not mind it. What we noticed over time and especially when the autumn has hit, was that the mattress attracts cold ( probably because it ventilates easily?). one simple and natural solution was to buy a wool mattress cover (i bought this one https://www.flokati.lt/en/catalog/sleep) and it seems to be working extremely well, warmth is coming both from below and above (the duvet), plus I am very happy having found a natural solution.”
