“Love all Little Green Sheep products! All of my children sleep on (and in) their products. Sleep is such an important part of their life, so knowing they are in products that are natural, organic and breathable is great!”
“This is a medium-firm matress, but laying on it is like laying on the floor, no exaggeration! What would a firm matress be for this company? Everything hursts, my partner feels the same. My daughter can't fall asleep on it, it may be for that reason, because she can quickly sleep on her old matress. Other companies offer x days return if not happy after trying it; this one doesn't, so £300 totally and quickly wasted.
Also, the delivery was very poor - the matress was left by the door, no one knocked at the door or messaged me to let me know the matress was delivered / left outside.
No taking the risk of buying from them again.”

“Awful quality children’s mattress and totally not as expected. Would strongly advise against purchasing this product. It’s very thin and very hard - my two children cannot sleep on it at all.
It’s also very hard to return the product - we had removed the plastic packaging so that my children could try it and now we are unable to return it despite it being unused. Other providers like John Lewis, who also provide eco friendly mattresses let you try before you buy and slow you to return if unsuitable. Very disappointing.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the products and service that you have received.
I do want to reassure you that we follow the safe sleep guidelines set by the Lullaby Trust that little one should be sleeping on a firm, flat surface and our mattresses are firm for this reason. If little ones haven't used one of our mattresses before there may be a transition period however, I do want to reassure you that they will provide the correct level of support for your toddlers.
We do offer a 30 day return policy which is above customer statutory rights but due to the nature of the products that we sell, we do have to be strict with our returns policy and don't offer used items to be returned as we don't offer a trial period on our baby mattresses.
