“Mattress is great but delivery was appalling. Delivery slot is all day, 1st email nothing turned up, 2nd email mattress protector but no mattress turned up, after emails with customer service 2 mattresses turn up (only one is accepted) and then the courier tried to deliver the second mattress again. Farcical. Shame because my first order was fine.”
