“The mattress is so hard and uncomfortable that my 4 year old is unable to sleep on it. I am so gutted as it cost a lot of money and it’s not fit for purpose. I don’t know whether it is ‘faulty’ or just the type of mattress it is but even I can’t lay on it. It’s the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever laid on.”
