“Before this mattress our little girl would wake whenever she was put down, now she sleeps like a dream. She started sleeping through the night shortly after we started using this mattress, and doesn’t wake up sweating or cold. It’s firm and we feel confident that she’s safe and comfortable.
I will say that she has started to smell slightly like (clean) sheep because of the wool layer for newborns - but this may be more noticeable for us as we grew up with sheep farmers! At least we know it’s real untreated wool, and the smell is not unpleasant at all. It doesn’t make the bedroom smell, and with a mattress protector it probably wouldn’t be noticeable at all. My partner has allergies and hasn’t been affected in the slightest by it either.
I’d highly recommend this mattress to anyone, it’s been a dream and is very high quality. I feel confident that it will last until our daughter is old enough to flip it for her toddler bed, and probably for a long time thereafter. Very pleased with the whole purchase. Delivery was also quick and the courier was helpful despite following social distancing rules.”
