“This is a Soft mattress, I called up and was told it would be firm, this is so soft! I opened the box and knew instantly to return. They have refunded on time. Wouldn't recommend this mattress at all.”
“Feels and looks like a quality item, but the “farm smell” was rather overpowering for quite some time. When I queried this with customer service they replied that “ it is completely normal for there to be a farmy smell with our mattresses due to the Natural components that are used”. I think this should be made clearer in the item’s description.”
