Service from The Little Green Sheep was appalling.
Ordered on a Friday, for next working day delivery. Missed the cut off, so common sense would suggest item would be dispatched Monday, for a Tuesday delivery.
I phones Tuesday afternoon and was told it hadnt even been sent out yet but should be arriving Wednesday.
I called back Wednesday afternoon, and was told it still hasnt been sent out yet, but that if it sent that day, they cant guarantee next day...........
Wasted nearly a week waiting for an item that never even got sent.
Shocking customer service, not even an apology. Would never use again. Managed to source it elsewhere on the Wednesday afternoon, and received it Thursday.
My advice, buy from a reputable distributor, not direct from this company.”
