“Haven’t used it yet but I think it could be made more clear that it is an extra £15 for a fitted sheet so had to purchase this separately afterwards and pay for postage.
It’s made clear that the mattress protector is extra so should say about a sheet. May be obvious if you have purchased this sort of thing before but for many will be a first time purchase so would be useful if it’s spelled out.”
“Mose basket arrived damaged and the stand was unstable. When I reported this to get the item returned for refund it was a hassle and I was asked a lot of questions for what was a simply a damaged product. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of what is meant to be a high end product and different to what is advertised.”
