“Unfortunately, one of the plastic ‘straps’ that sits at the end of the basket was too thick to secure to the legs. As a result, I didn’t feel safe to use the basket as I couldn’t guarantee it would be secure. I did contact customer service and they had asked me to return it but (maybe foolishly) I had thrown it out as I didn’t want to pass along something potentially unsafe. They gave me a £15 refund which wasn’t enough to replace any part so overall I was at a pretty big loss, but given I didn’t return the product (had binned it), I suppose that’s fair enough gesture.
I do genuinely believe it’s probably unlikely to happen to any potential buyers and I was just unlucky as the product otherwise looked good. If you buy this, I would check the two plastic bandings fit into the legs early on in assembly. If not, at least you’ll get £15 back to buy 10% of a Moses basket.”
“Beautiful moses basket used day and night until baby 3 months. Occasionally still use for daytime naps at 5 months. Easy to wash the cover and reassuring that the mattress is all natural materials.”
