“One part of the crib was damaged. What is more the mattress included was not natural at all and I wasn't informed about that. Nowhere in your site informs consumers that the mattress is from polyurethane. I ve sent you many emails but you haven't answered yet.”
Hi Sophia, thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry you are disappointed. We do offer an alternative 100% Natural mattress for the SnüzPod which you can purchase through our website. The change to a foam mattress followed feedback from our customers, who wanted a mattress with a removable/washable cover, but we still wanted to offer the 100% Natural mattress as an alternative. My CS Team have been in touch with you today regarding this.

It looks great and fits really well. Think it's one the best looking next to me cribs on the market for sure!
Didn't come with straps but the company sent them out quickly so wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend from our experience so far.”
