“It never arrived and I have been charged for it. Very disappointed as it was ordered nearly a month ago. I have already contacted them once a few weeks ago to chase up but it has still not arrived and I have had no correspondence as to when it will be arriving.”
“Very good design and aesthetic looks. However we've found that it is not easy to open and close the side panel/window. The rod that goes through the side needs to be unscrewed and then screwed back on, so not sure what use the zip on the side is.”
