“Blanket is gorgeous thank you! Little disappointed about the lack of information about the order. I had to write an email after 6 days as I had heard nothing about delivery day/time or despatch.
I had wanted it as a present for the new parents as the baby was born and I wanted to get it to them as soon as possible after order. I ordered something else from another company at the same time and I got notifications of when it would be delivered and a tracker and it was delivered in 3 days.
I emailed you and got a reply as below - the parcel did arrive that day but no notification from Parcel Force and nothing in junk mail.

Thank you for your email and recent order. According to the tracking information, the parcel is due for delivery today (between 15.30-16.30).
The tracking details should have been emailed to you by Parcel Force - please let me know if that was not the case. It might be worth checking your junk folder just in case.

“I love this blanket - it's a beautiful honey golden colour, and different from all the usual blues, pinks and greys. The blanket itself is very soft and does not shed in hand. Great for winters to keep the baby warm and snug, and the colour is very kind towards hiding spills!”
