“DO NOT BUY. I am so unhappy with this product. It is a children's pillow yet is not washable, which makes it completely impractical. The packaging says it can be handwashed, but don't do it, as it has completely ruined the pillow. Customer services have no advice for what I can do to save the pillow, only that I can spend £80 and have one pillow to show for it! The pillow also has an unpleasant smell. DO NOT BUY.”
“The mattress is brilliant, but greatly disappointed with the after care service- a week after purchase the mattress was reduced by £40 and I contacted the company (over two weeks ago) and I have had no reply, very disappointed and would appreciate a reply. I would recommend the mattress but not the after care service.”
