“You did not deliver it as you said it was not in stock. You did not refund me my money! Had to call numerous times, then yo didn’t refund the correct amount, you still owe me the balance. I have called and emailed numerous times and still you have my money. That is stealing and I will contact Trading Standards, Barclaycard and HMRC of your practices. Disgraceful company. Anyone else had money skimmed off refunds??”
