“First table arrived with cracked top. Refused to dispose of it ourselves as requested ! We were told eventually it would be collected. Received phone call to say a replacement would be delivered on Tuesday before noon. Took damaged item down to the foyer ready for collection. Nothing arrived, cancelled afternoon appointment to be here all day. Heard nothing, emailed company to sort out. Went out Wednesday and returned to find message on answerphone from delivery company saying they could not get in. We live in an apartment complex with phone access to the manager on duty if residents are out! We had heard nothing about a delivery that day. Damaged item still taking up space in the entrance foyer, still no replacement delivered and have heard nothing. Fast running out of patience! Would be delighted to review the table if it ever arrives!”
