“I placed an order last Thursday online, I was sent an e-mail on Friday saying my order was on it's way, however when it hadn't arrived by Wednesday I phoned and was told it had only been posted on Monday, it is now after last post on Thursday, a week after I placed the order and still no delivery. Very poor service.”
