“Took two weeks and a prompt from me before contact from the customer service to say this was out of stock, I mentioned this was for a hallway light and they suggested an alternative bulb which I agreed to, if it was the effectively the same thing. A week later and still nothing so I Email requesting a refund. Next day I get an email saying they’re putting it in the post. It turns up a week later, we go to put the bulbs up and recycle the packaging and it specifically says NOT for home use- traffic light bulbs!!! I contacted them again but don’t hold out much hope of hearing back, so yup, am on the look out for replacement bulbs and won’t be buying from these guys again.”
