“The pygmy bulbs are excellent, but, after sometime I rang customer services, ans was clearly told that I would receive the bulbs next Monday or definetly Tuesday, both days came and went, no bulbs, so I rang customer service again, "oh sorry, they are on the pallet as we speak, for delivery" still no bulbs, I finally spoke to the marketing manager, who told me that "they were out of stock, until next week" Finally they arrived! Maybe you should tell "Customer Services", to be honest with the customers?”
