“They sent 130 volt bulbs instead of 240 volt. I have emailed twice to ask for the correct voltage bulbs but there is no response. Don't use this company.”

“Website says dispatch quickly. Didnt receive it. Emailed for answer and update. No reply. Read reviews and thought thought the worst. Emailed again with a nice email. They replied. Apologised for delay and explanation. Then re even email notifications of dispatch. Received item within time frame they gave me. Packaging was suitable and protected the bulb perfectly. The item was correct. They are obviously not as efficient as they'd like to be but in the end the service was okay and the item was right and a good price. I would use them again but be a bit more patient. I hope they manage to upgrade they're customer service.”
