“Ordered 2 lots of bulbs worth £38 on standard delivery. Got email confirming dispatch but after a week nothing arrived. Called customer service who seemed to think that as they has been dispatched it was no longer their problem. No tracking nor could they tell me when I would get a delivery. Asked for a repeat order to be dispatched but they were not keen on that so asked for a full refund which they said they would do straight away - we shall see if that happens. Now ordered from another company and would not use Easy Bulbs again as clear nothing is easy at all !”
