“Exactly what I wanted, good price, delivered at speed and packed well, but the best thing was the excellent over the phone pre-purchase advice I was given by Martin, who talked me through my needs to ensure I was ordering exactly the right thing. As more retailers seek to increase their profits by designing people out of their business (and transferring all the work and the risk to the customer) this was a very refreshing experience - hopefully one day all retail will return to the model we all appreciate so much - providing helpful staff who know what they are talking about. Great experience, highly recommend.”
