“Parcel arrived completely smashed. Customer services very slow at resolving the issue and despite promising to send item again as next day delivery, it’s not days and parcel has not arrived. I wouldn’t buy from them again. It’s now 2 weeks delayed and I could have brought the bulbs elsewhere, for a MUCH faster service and better price.”
