“Hello 2 weeks since I sent my order. Haven’t received the bulbs yet!! Also no updates since the order was sent, only an email to say my order had been received. Payment was taken from my card on the day of order. Emailed last week and got a prompt reply from Callum to say my order was despatched on 31/10/24. He also apologised for the delay as they have been very busy. It hasn’t arrived yet☹️. So please don’t ask for reviews for an order that hasn’t been delivered PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY S.”
