“I am still waiting for half of my purchase to arrive. It took weeks to ship with lots of chasing and no replies. I ordered 5 bulbs and when eventually they arrived I only received 3 I have now been awaiting a reply on this from the shipment info showing 3 and pictures of arrival with absolutely no response one way or the other. This is actually the worst retail experience Ive had to date. I do not recommend and would not purchase from here again. Im in the process of escalating to trading standards.”
