“I placed the order 4th June, received order confirmation. Then nothing... After chasing three times, eventually I recived this email: "Good Afternoon I have had a look at the order, and I can see there was a stock error with this. It looks like we sent it down to the warehouse team to pack and send out, but then the stock we expected to be there is no longer there, so the order went back to our returns team. I have looked to see what else I could offer, and we have the same LED batten as you requested, just in a different shade of white (3000K) Would you like me to change that on the order for you?" I replied to ask if they could special order the 5000Lms bulbs for me, no reply, I chased two times for a reply and complained in my last email at the poor customer service. Today 4th July I received the email below, no appologies, and a refund to my order. It was only refund today, one month after ordering. "Good Afternoon Thank-you for your feedback. As mentioned, we are unable to get these in 5000K, this is why we offered 3000K, so if it needs to be that, we would not be able to provide it, so I have cancelled and refunded the order for you. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Callum, The Lamp Company" What a shocking company to work with, I cannot say that I recomend them in any shape or form. Sad times...”
