“I had, foolishly as it turned out, bought a similar fluorescent tube from a third party seller via Amazon, but it arrived so poorly packaged that the delicate pins at either end were broken and I was refunded. I then bought two tubes from Easy Light Bulbs, paying hardly any more for two tubes plus postage than I had for a single one before. Both tubes arrived safely three days after ordering and were magnificently well packaged. There were layers of thick bubble wrap outside a very robust cardboard tube containing the two bulbs, which were also encased in bubble wrap, with extra protection at either end to protect the pins. The parcel was clearly marked as fragile. I'm VERY impressed.”
