“I didn't get the Bulbs I ordered and that are quoted above!! I got '240v 5w ES-E27 Pearl Dimmable Warm White Candle Bulbs...after making it clear that I'd wait until the ones I ordered. I have emailed sales asking how to return them and have heard nothing!”

“I never did receive my bulbs, was told it would take 1 to 5 days to get them, I ordered mid September, I emailed, no response, called and was told they were out of stock but I would get them in a couple of days, didn't happen, called again and was told they were mailed and the Royal mail had let them down, I asked for a refund and I did get my money back but it was not a very good experience, I won't want to order anything else.”
