“Just tried fitting the handle. Unfortunately, the screws are too short for the door. Screws supplied are 25mm long. The door is 36mm thick, so the screws need to be 40mm long. Unable to use the handle. Sent an email three days ago but no reply.”

Dear Moses, We are a little disappointed with your review, In each and every product we sell online it states what size of screw is included, with the majority being 25mm in length, We also have additional links to take you to our fixing screw page, where you can select which size would suit you if the included screw is not suitable. As you will be aware we unable to determine the thickness of your door or any other customers door if we are not notified of this, We have looked through your order and any of our emails and there isn't any additional information regarding this. We also haven't received any email regarding this from 3 days ago. Our advice is that when ever you purchase anything online that you read the product information thoroughly before placing your order so you know exactly what you will receive.
