“I ordered these handles for my new kitchen. The customer service was amazing - I called as I realised I needed one more and they added it in for me so I didn't need to pay postage just for one handle. They turned up immediately and were so beautiful. Unfortunately when they came to fit my kitchen they didn't fit the doors I had chosen which was something I hadn't considered. I called the customer service team who sent me out the alternative handle I chose next day delivery. These handles are stunning though, and I do wish I could have kept them!”
