“I am making a multi drawered cabinet that has some very slim drawers that drop handles would be too big for, dropping into the drawer beneath. These drawers needed knobs that matched the drop handles on the larger drawers. Your web site appeared to have knobs and handles that matched, and I also discussed this with one of your customer services personnel. Unfortunately when they arrived they did not match, the knobs being bright and brassy and the handles duller. The quality was excellent and the delivery time excellent. I had to return them and am waiting a refund. I have used the Handle Studio before with excellent results and have recommended you to my colleagues at the woodwork school I attend. It was just the missmatch that let you down this time.”
