“Customer Service was excellent. I ordered by phone - answered promptly. The Flagpole was good value, not unduly expensive and was delivered very quickly for a modest charge. As perhaps with many things these days, the diagram for assembly was unclear, and only made sense after I attempted to remove and attach pole by pole. It was still possible to assemble though”
