“After trying out the pole when it arrived I was unable to collapse the pole as two of the extension joints would not collapse down including the final thin part. After contacting the supplier he suggested oiling the problem part which I had already done then he suggested tapping it. I used a plastic spatula lightly and it caused a crack which made it unusable. Tried to contact the company but no response.”
