“This was the second time we had these, the first time they were magnificent, but this time they were very poor, we ordered 4 portions, the bags were full of water and the weight was significantly under once the water was drained off, the fillets were random shapes/sizes, so not very presentable as a dish, Halibut is not the easiest fish to cook but these were cooked sous vide at exactly the same temperature as our first batch , so the results should have been exactly the same, but they couldn’t have been further apart, the first ordered we had were perfection, this order was terrible, the fish was tough and flavourless.”
