“Never tasted this before. It is exactly as TFS has described, a fusion of salmon & trout. It's delicious; tender and easy to cook. A large fillet that I halved after thawing slightly in the fridge (using TFS advice) and freezing the other half. Patagonian Toothfish was my favourite but sadly no longer stocked and now Arctic Char is my favourite plus I can now afford the rent!”
